DSI Implant Cement

The temporary cement is in the auto-mixing syringe, and ensures uniform mixing, minimal waste and excellent retention. It saves you time as it makes the application of cement easy and quick. Thanks to its uniform consistency, it is evenly distributed in the middle of the crown and keeps its shape. It has significantly lower displacement resistance in comparison with conventional cement because residues may be easily removed. The very low displacement resistance helps to achieve a particularly low film thickness (10 μm) allowing a reliable and precise positioning of the restoration.

Having reliable retention, it allows you to remove the structure in the future.
Since the retention is mechanical, the crown can be removed without destruction. A tough elastomeric resin that flexes under force, absorbs impact and resists shattering under daily occlusal stress. The cement has low solubility.
The removal of restoration is a major advantage for gingiva and papilla formation in the case of local infections or irritations.

For control or other purposes, restorations fixed with DSI Implant Cement can be removed without damage using common standard aids. Excess of the fixing material (cement pieces) can be removed easily, quickly and free of residues. The restoration can be re-inserted after cleaning and short disinfection.
Extremely low film thickness, only 10 μm for maximum fit and accuracy.
It is even lower than the currently achievable precision of CAD/CAM techniques! Secure adhesion, the high compressive strength that perfectly formulated adhesive properties lead to a masticatory stable adhesion, but still allow removal of the superstructure without damage. This facilitates repairs, shade matching, extraoral cleaning, the treatment of peri-implantitis, and allows gingival forming techniques to be performed. DSI Implant Cement is a high cross-link density cement that prevents penetration of bacteria and swelling or detachment, which allows bacterial irritations and odor formation to be avoided, even over prolonged wearing times.
