After reclining the gingival flap, use the contouring bur to smoothing the ridge if necessary.
Cut the bone part that implants will be placed using saw disk
Mark the initial holes with a pilot drill

Place the expander drill and turn in a sequential way for smooth and even expansion
Insert the same size of the expander, moving up with diameter and expand the ridge evenly
After completing expansion, place the fixture.
Perform bone grafting between and around placed fixtures
